Body massage, to help reduce stress. Specially formulated with Sesame and pure essential oils for a relaxing, sensual experience. Formulated for all Doshas, this massage oil is particularly well suited for Vata types.

Suggested Use:
Massage body at least once a week or as needed.

Massage can be enjoyed by everyone. Product contains essential oils, hence it is advised to use oil externally and avoid splashing into eyes.

Lifestyle suggestions:

  1. Everyone benefits from massage. A frequency of once a week is suggested. Vata types should try a gentler, slow massage with longer strokes such as Swedish massage. Pitta types require, tapping, rolling with medium pressure. Kapha types will do well to try a deep tissue massage once in a while using, short, firm strokes other times.
  2. Nature's Formulary Calming Oil can be applied to the feet, this is particularly beneficial for Vata types. Try this just before bedtime for a calmer sleep
  3. Can be used as a body oil as well. Add a few drops into the bath prior to soaking. After showering pour a few drops into a wet wash cloth and rub on the body.
