Recipes for meals based on your Dosha : Vata, Pitta or Kapha
According to Ayurvedic philosophy, good health is achieved by correcting imbalances of our Doshas (take our Dosha Test to find out your Dosha). Our Doshas are affected by many things and therefore a lifestyle plan that integrates herbal Ayurvedic supplements, massage, exercise and diet.
Diet can support our Dosha's to remain in balance or help them get back into balance if they are aggravated. To achieve either of these it is best to consume diets compatible with our Doshas. We suggest that you work with an Ayurvedic practitioner or Nutritionist to help you develop a meal plan; a list of the ones we know is avalable here.
