         <title><![CDATA[Summer about to peak]]></title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Here in the north America, about 1/3 of the summer has passed.&nbsp; It is the time of the year when many visit relatives and friends or take a vacation and get some down time. It is also the time of the year when summer weather pushes everyone's <a href="/CategoryContents/Pitta.aspx">Pitta</a> higher. No matter what your <a href="/CategoryContents/Dosha-Test.aspx">Dosha</a>, but particulary if you are Pitta, remember to hydrate. Eat all the bounties nature offers right now: Watermelons, fresh vegetables and fruits. Try to add Cilantro or Basil to you salads as they are cooling herbs/spices. This a great time for <a href="/CategoryContents/Kapha.aspx">Kapha</a> dominant folks to get outdoors and start an excercise regimen.</p>
